You will see both perf board and solid boards at the cusp of May/June 69. Even late plexi heads from May 69 had the solid non perf boards. You must look at several aspects of the build construction of an amp to "date" properly. I pretty much assume that any of these perf board models with the jumpers on top side of the board are 69 but this method of construction could have started sometime late 68.
